I am so thankful to be a part of St. Paul's Day School now as the garden teacher!

My two oldest children are St. Paul's graduates, and I have one child currently attending the school.  I have my BS from Louisiana Tech and a certificate in Culinary Arts.  My goal is to teach children where our food comes from, and instill in them a love for the garden and  the growth cycle of nourishing ingredients.  I want the children to leave the school unafraid of growing anything and everything, with a love for the wonder, beauty, and importance of gardening.
