Brooke Burnham

I was born and raised in Shreveport.  I graduated college in 2012 as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  I have worked in multiple settings including home health in East Texas, progressing to the Willis Knighton system in acute care, rehab and skilled nursing facilities since 2013.  I still currently work 1 weekend a month at Willis Knighton Pierremont.  I married my husband, Brent, in 2014.  In 2015, I began my time in pediatrics working in pediatric day health care facilities for medically fragile children needing around the clock medical care.  Working with those precious children were some of the most humbling, yet exciting times in my career thus far. 

In 2017, I made the tough decision to leave my pediatric job to begin raising our family when we had our first daughter.  We have 3 girls, Baylee (5), Becca (3) and Blaire (1).  Baylee finished K4 at St. Paul's in May of 2023.  Becca is currently here and Blaire will soon follow.

St. Paul's has held a special place in my heart for quite some time.  I babysat several families that had children here throughout my college days and I always knew this was a place I wanted my children to attend.  Little did I know the plans the Lord had in store for me to be on staff.  I am so excited about spending my Tuesday and Thursday mornings with your little K3 blessings!  What a fun time it will be!
